1. Introduction and Scope

3. Deposit and Withdrawal

3.1 Deposit

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus may have its own wagering conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering conditions have been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
If an attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

4.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

The 39999 bat VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is given at each level based on the weekly net loss:

Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold-level member has a net weekly loss of ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses.

5. Betting and Gaming Terms

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

39999 bat reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any bet. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be deemed void and the stake will be returned. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of 39999 bat will be final.

5.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds for each event may change in real time. Odds cannot be changed after a bet has been confirmed. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake refund policy will apply unless the match is completed within the scheduled time.

5.3 Casino Games

5.4 Prohibited Activities
